João Miller Guerra (1975, Lisbon) is a director, editor and visual artist with a Design major and post graduate course in Painting. He codirected several documentaries with Filipa Reis, selected and awarded at international festivals including IDFA, Cinéma du Réel and DOK Leipzig. He also codirected with Filipa Reis the fiction features “Djon África” (2018 - Rotterdam, BAFICI, New Directors/New Films) and "Légua" (2023 - Quinzainne des Cinéastes Cannes, Goteborg). "Complô" is his most recent documentary.
